City: Resisting Sprawl运盈彩票官网 introduces the definition of urban sprawl as well as its negative impact on urbanization world-wide today, focusing on urban sprawl in Asia, particularly China. It addresses issues such as density, walk-ability, public transportation, gated community, quality of public space, fabric vs. object and comes up with proposals to fix some of the problems.

Education: Interpreting Discipline运盈彩票官网 discusses the notion of discipline as core, rigor, and ontology in architectural education specifically and in design education in general. The main argument is that a clearly defined discipline is one of the essential conditions for interdisciplinary endeavors.

运盈彩票官网 Since 1992, Yung Ho Chang has been practicing in China and established Atelier Feichang Jianzhu (FCJZ) with Lijia Lu in 1993. He has won a number of prizes, such as the 2000 UNESCO Prize for the Promotion of the Arts, and the Academy Award in Architecture from American Academy of Arts and Letters in 2006, and 2016 China Architecture Media Award Practical Achievement Prize.  Chang has published a number of books and monographs, and participated in many international exhibitions of art and architecture, including six times in the Venice Biennale since 2000. He has taught at various architecture schools in the USA and China; he was a Professor and Founding Head of Graduate Center of Architecture at Peking University from 1999 to 2005; From 2011 to 2017, he was a Pritzker Prize Jury member.
